Up and Down Adventures is a small and friendly business based in The Peak District, however we are more than happy to organise activities in other areas as required. Our client list to date includes: individuals, couples, family and friendship groups; novices and the more experienced; school parties and scout groups; and commercial organisations ... yes, we really do cater for everyone!

 

Up and Down Adventures is ready, willing and able to develop a unique outdoor experience for every client - we don't offer standard packages, which means that we don't charge standard prices! Of course, prices will vary depending on the level of course: as a general guide, a one-day 'introduction to caving' would start from £200 [based upon a group of six adults].
