Q1. Do you accept complete beginners and novices?

A1. Yes. All courses are tailored to suit the individual, whatever the level of experience. We have to start somewhere, so just remember: "All journeys begin with a single step" [an old but wise proverb - of Nepalese origin we think ...!]

Q2. Do you offer activities for the more skilled intermediate?

A2. Yes. Just provide details of your exact requirements and we can develop a course that is both safe but challenging. Everyone feels nervous when tackling something new [particularly if it looks a little scary!], however our team has been active in the outdoor activities' industry for more years than they care to remember - your personal safety continues to be our first priority.

A4. Yes. If you have a specific medical problem, it is important that we are informed. This does not mean that you will be unable to take part. The course will be tailored to your ability. We believe the outdoors should be enjoyed at whatever level.

A5. No. Sorry, however we can advise before you make a purchase elsewhere. Some items of protective clothing are provided, so please check with us before you go to unnecessary expense.
