Up and Down Adventures has established a well-deserved reputation amongst the social and business community, but we don't expect you to take our word for it! Just a few comments from our clients:

‘Just a quick note to say thanks very much for taking us caving on Saturday. Thankfully, it seems that everyone's initial butterflies were put to rest once we got up to the caves which gave us a lot more flexibility in what we could do. Everyone was really pleased with our experience and a couple asked when we'd be going again, but I think our knees need a bit of a rest first - we were all quite sore Sunday morning, knee pads are a must for the future! Once again, many thanks, and I will certainly recommend you to friends who might be venturing up that way’
Pete Jeffreys, Chairman, Killay Explorer Scout Unit

‘Scouts had a wonderful time, all very impressed ... we have already recommended you to a couple of other groups ... very professional and looked after the scouts so well ... thanks for all your help’
Mike Davis, Leader, Scout Unit

‘I have nothing but positive things to say about the experiences our young boys and girls have had by taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award. It has given them self-confidence, helped to develop their organisational and planning skills and given them experience of teamwork. Through the expertise of Up and Down Adventures we were able to offer the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme as part of our options package and give pupils experiences we feel invaluable in developing them as individuals.’
Richard Wood, Assistant Head Teacher, Holden Lane High School

‘Thank you for taking us caving. We had a brilliant time ... I cannot think of anything that you could do to improve your service. Everything was great’
James Best, Leader, 7th A Rochdale Scouts

‘Quick note to thank you for taking myself, M and B caving Saturday. Was quite an experience for us - not your average morning walk on the hills. I will be in contact if we come back to the area and wish you all the best with your cavern hunting’
Rob Neild

‘Just a note to say thank-you ... We have now used your organization on three occasions and we have been so impressed with your reliability, professionalism and enthusiasm and would not hesitate to recommend you again and again ... so patient and encouraging with the abseiling and helped many of our scouts overcome their fear and boost their self esteem with the success of their efforts ... full of enthusiasm and made kayaking very exciting but provided the children with an underlying confidence that they were in safe hands. We have had much feed-back from parents telling us how much their children enjoyed it all.’
Kay Kelly, Leader, Scout Unit

‘Thank you for taking us down Jack Pot. I really enjoyed it, but it was scary at times. Also, I found it very funny when my mum fell into a hole full of water! Finally, I want to say thanks for getting us all out safely!’
The Goodwin Family

‘We had to write to say a very big thank you on behalf on Bunbury Cubs for taking such good care of us last weekend. Even though it was a little wet the children and leaders thoroughly enjoyed the activities you had organised. In fact we had such a good time we are going to re-book Gradbach for next year and I hope you will be able to run another days activities for us and maybe next time we could also include a spot of caving.’
Shaun Kelly, Leader, Cubs Unit

‘I was able to see by the excited [and dirty] faces of the scouts who returned from their caving trips, that you had provided them with an experience that they will treasure for a very long time. It is without exaggeration to say that, of all the scouts who went caving, every one of them put this down as the highlight of their weekend.’
Andrew Brewster, District Commissioner, Peak District Scout Council
